Amazing spa, peaceful area, excellent cleanliness, friendly personnel, excellent breakfast and dinner, great spa zone and swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Bavarian Alps from my bedroom window. It was a true delight to wake up to such a picturesque view every morning. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk away from Marktoberdorf, allowing me to explore the town and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The only downside of this hotel was the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms. Considering the price and the overall quality of the hotel, it would have been preferable to have this amenity available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful mountains and fields. The room was spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities, and a cute treat on arrival. The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and professional. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great selection to choose from. We were thrilled with the modern spa zone and swimming pool, clean, convenient, and quiet.
Cannot find any fault.

We spent the New Year holidays at this hotel located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and quietness. the spa zone was very modern and clean, and the swimming pool was great for relaxation. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, which were excellent and very delicious. the personnel were very friendly and professional.
Sadly, there were quite a few negative aspects that outweighed the positive ones. the hotel lacked air-conditioning, which made it quite stuffy and uncomfortable at night.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the stunning views of the snowy mountains from our room windows. The location was great as it allowed us to take nice walks through charming towns nearby. We also liked the tasty breakfast that we had every morning during our stay.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not have air conditioning. The room was very uncomfortable due to the heat and it was difficult to sleep well at night.

the room provided us with an awe-inspiring view of the stunning Alps. the personnel were hospitable and the cleanliness of the bathroom was outstanding. We indulged in delicious breakfast and dinner. the spa and swimming pool were modern, clean and relaxing. the gym could be accessed earlier for early birds.
The lack of air-conditioning made the room uncomfortable at times.
